Xlite Attended Transfer
Attended Transfer of Inbound Call
- Answer the inbound call

- While still talking with the caller click the # sign

- Dial *2 and message will play “Transfer” then a new dial tone, the caller is put on hold automatically

- Dial the extension number to transfer, example ext. 117

- Talk to ext. 117 user and ask if he/she will take the call. If he/she will accept the call just hangup and the inbound call is instantly connected to ext. 117.
